(TibetanReview.net, Jul23, 2015) – The head of the exile Tibetan administration at Dharamshala, India, Sikyong Lobsang Sangay has, on Jul 21, launched a journal published by the administration’s think tank, the Tibet Policy Institute. The journal, ‘Tibet Policy Journal’, is meant to provide a platform for TPI researchers to put forward their views and opinions, Director Mr Thubten Samphel has explained.
The Sikyong has elaborated that the journal’s contents do not necessarily reflect the views of the exile administration or of the policy institute. The articles published in the journal are purely contributions made by the institute’s researchers, he has added.
The journal is bi-annual and published in Tibetan and English, reported the exile administration’s official Tibet.net website Jul 21.
