Four held in Kyegudo for picking up scattered protest papers

(TibetanReview.net, Mar 16, 2009) — Two young monks shouted slogans and distributed leaflets in Kyegudo county of Sichuan Province on Mar 6 but managed to get away before police could catch them, reported the exile Tibetan government’s Tibet.net Mar 14. However, on Mar 8, the police detained four men when they picked up the protest papers scattered by the two monks, it said.

It added that police were searching for the two monks.
